The Nevada Land Trust and One Truckee river dedicated new Tahoe-Pyramid Trail signage Thursday, May 27, 2021, at Mayberry Park, which caps the installation of over 190 signs that have been installed between Crystal Peak Park in Verdi and the end of the river path at Larkin Circle in Sparks.
Alicia Reban, Executive Director of the Nevada Land Trust gave a brief talk to the gathered dignitaries and acknowledged the work of the many volunteers who helped with this project. She also specifically thanked Sam Limerick, a volunteer with the Tahoe Pyramid Trail. for his help with mapping the locations of all the signs.
At the conclusion, there was a short bike ride along the route to view the new signs.
