At least 1 (and possibly as many as 3) siren alarms on Hirschdale Road have been reported as REACTIVATED by some trail users
Upcoming Trail Closure
September 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027
Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) will be conducting extensive work between the Fleish Bridge and the power house in this section. During this time, the trail will be closed to all recreational users between Quilici Ranch Road to Fleish Bridge. This is approximately a 3.5 mile section. Please be respectful of this closure. The road will be under continuous use by TMWA vehicles and equipment that are required for this work. Violating their closure could put trail users in jeopardy along with the future access of this trail.
