Trail Closure at Quilici Ranch Road to Fleish Bridge
September 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027
Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) will be conducting extensive work between the Fleish Bridge and the power house in this section. During this time, TPT's easement access from TMWA will be suspended and the trail will be closed to all recreational users between Quilici Ranch Road to Fleish Bridge. This is approximately a 3.5 mile section. Please be respectful of this closure. The road will be under continuous use by TMWA vehicles and heavy equipment that is required for this work and violating the TMWA closure could put trail users in harm's way.

Hirschdale Bridge Closure
Pedestrians and bikes will be able to cross the bridge with some possible delays
Unwelcome Siren Alarm(s)
At least 1 (and possibly as many as 3) siren alarms on Hirschdale Road have been reported as REACTIVATED by some trail users

During this time, the trail will be closed to all recreational users between Quilici Ranch Road to Fleish Bridge. This is approximately a 3.5 mile section. Please be respectful of this closure. The road will be under continuous use by TMWA vehicles and equipment that are required for this work. Violating their closure could put trail users in jeopardy along with the future access of this trail.
