Before we head out the door, let’s review some nutrition basics to optimize our enjoyment of our adventures

When the TPT was celebrating its first section of trail (between Mogul and Verdi), I was living in Truckee (the community of Glenshire) and bicycle commuting to downtown Reno. 

I had a chance to meet our new board member, Kris Wells. As her bio reads in the TPT March Newsletter, she has an extensive background in various non-profit boards.
